AlCosto Return Policy

At AlCosto, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return policy is as follows:

1. Return Period

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Opened packages, used goods, or returns due to change of mind for minimum order quantities are not accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Final Sale Items

• Certain products are non-returnable which are clearly marked as Final Sale on our website.

5. How to Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@alcosto.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

6. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
